Cocktail hour: KOLD cocktails

KoldIt’s no secret that I love cocktails. I have a cocktail trolley and a cocktail cupboard and I am adding to my list of ‘essential’ ingredients all the time. Long Islands, Old Fashions and anything lychee is my current top three desired cocktails. So when Kold cocktail got in touch and said they would send over some of their frozen cocktails to try, funnily enough I said yes.

I sampled a Mojito and a Lychee Martini (above). Both were a great summer’s day alternative to slaving over making a cocktail. They were a little sweet to my taste so I added a little soda water to both to make them more refreshing. That’s just my taste buds talking though, others might prefer sweet. Either way I would happily have a supply of these in the freezer ready for those last days of sunshine.
